About the role: Main Purpose of Job: You will be responsible for supporting the Finance Manager with financial processes and providing support and cover for the Finance Apprentice after being provided with appropriate training. Responsibilities:
Credit control, including processing invoice, managing credit limits and chasing debt Processing of monthly payroll Petty Cash Weekly supplier payments Assistance with cashflow management Assistance with monthly accounts; accrual, prepayments & fixed assets Assistance with data analysis Supporting the Finance Manager with ad-hoc duties Experience: Experience within a Finance role is essential, ideally someone who has completed the AAT and is working towards their next level qualifications, ideally during the early - mid stages of your ACCA / CIMA qualification. Competencies: Highly numerate with strong aptitude for working with figures Excellent attention to detail Good communication skills and able to work as part of a team Competent IT skills and conversant with Microsoft Office A desire to contribute to constantly improving our service Flexible and responsive approach to tasks This is a wonderful opportunity to work within one of the regions genuine success stories.
