Finance Business Partner £50,000 to £55,000 Based in Caterham Our client who are a nationally recognised brand are looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner to join their head office team. Job role: Providing support to external teams - sales, margin, costs and payroll Analysing insight and highlight trends, anomalies, opportunities and risks Providing decision support for activates Commercial Analysis Business partnering - build and develop partnering relationships with stakeholders Leading regular review meetings Month end, working with management accounts team to review monthly P&L vs budget Produce monthly financial and KPI reports and running monthly P&L review with team to ensure costs are tightly controlled across the business Budgeting, forecasting and planning Skills needed: Qualified accountant 4 years' experience Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence decisions amongst team Proven BP experience within senior teams Advanced excel skills Experience of FMCG desirable If this is a role that you would like to discuss in more detail, please contact Charlene at Hills Consultants
