About the role The role of the Investment Director is to be a representative of the Quilter Investors investment team. The roles prime objective is the promotion of the capability internally and with clients, both in the UK and international markets. We are recruiting 2 Investment Director's ideally to support the South West (Bristol & surrounding) and North West (Liverpool/ Chester etc.) About you Ability to communicate technical investments and economic analysis to a wide variety of audiences Have the ability and maturity to effectively work with investment managers on the one hand and the marketing and distribution team on the other hand. Experience in frontier academic and industry research as well as training of investment professionals Detailed understanding of distribution both in the UK and international markets - in depth understanding of the adviser market. At least 10 years of combined experience in finance, asset management and research, preferably in a global and multi-cultural environment Strong technical foundation in finance and economics, to provide support in understanding, internalising and translating global economic, business and regulatory developments as these apply to investment activities. Strong foundation in portfolio management processes, investment products and financial instruments Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation is preferable and advanced degree in economics/finance Benefits & working hours No matter what job you do you should feel valued and appreciated.
