We are currently for looking for a Credit Controller to work for this dynamic business and a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be looking for 25-30 hour per week spread over 4 or 5 days. Main duties will include: Run debtor report Check all new entries in the debtor report to make sure they are in hand Chase clients as required by email, phone and letter Log in to bank each morning and update cash flow log Process all bank payments on Sage Process all cheque payments on Sage Reverse excess payments Scan cheques and remittances, attach to Sage and file Chase clients for missing remittance to reconcile payments Ensure that all work has been billed Assist with month end duties including sales split journal and accrued income journals Processing write offs Agreeing payment plans Liaising with solicitors as a last resort to obtain payment
