Are you an experienced Accounts Assistant looking for a new opportunity? Our ideal candidate will be fully AAT qualified, if you have commenced chartered studies this would also be advantageous. Previous recent practice experience is preferable but we will consider someone from an industry/commercial background. Essential experience: - Current knowledge of VAT & CIS legislation. Able to prepare annual accounts for Limited Companies, Partnerships and Sole Traders. Knowledge of personal tax legislation. Proficient in the use of MS Office particularly Excel, Sage 50 Accounts, Quickbooks. Knowledge of cloud based software is desirable (eg Xero). Candidates must have a full driving licence and access to their own transport, as this role requires visiting clients at their premises. You may be required to work across two of my client's branches depending on the needs of the business. A competitive salary as well as support for further training & development will be available for the right candidate. This is a full time role working Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
