Accounts Assistant Salary - £18,000 - £22,000 per annum This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a hugely successful, well established Medical Aids company based in the heart of Mumbles Swansea. They are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant, looking to grow within their career and expand with a dedicated company. Suitable candidates will possess excellent time management skills, and have good attention to detail. General Duties to include :- Assist the Accounting Department with Data entry Updating the systems, recording Transactions Preparing Budgets and reports Processing payments and raising invoices Review Employee Expenses Manage inbound and outbound calls in friendly and Confident manner Customer Care responsibilities Job Requirements Excellent communication skills Experienced with all Microsoft Packages Familiarity with basic Accounting Principles Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively Experience of Accounting Systems Excellent Analytical Skills Friendly and Confident Telephone Manner Good initiative and problem-solving skills This is a brilliant opportunity to develop in your career with an extremely successful company, offering a competitive salary and a great work life balance.
