Our wider transactions team is the market leading FS diligence practice and the TT team is the industry's only EMEIA-wide FS focused M&A tax team. The opportunityWith hubs in London, France, Spain, Luxembourg, Germany, Italy and the Netherlands as well as an extended team across 5 other European jurisdictions we offer our clients deep sector specialisms across Banking, Insurance and Asset Management. We have a vertically integrated PE tax team covering both fund structuring and investor advice as well as deal diligence and structuring. The team is made up of core professionals in the UK supported by a strong EMEIA and global M&A tax network as well as a wider associated team of SMEs. The core team is close knit, dynamic and enthusiastic with a real sense of shared purpose and community.You would be exposed to a large variety of clients from FinTech start-ups to mid sized and global financial services businesses across the banking, asset management and insurance sectors.
