Our client is in the Hospitality sector and is looking for a Permanent Finance Manager to join their rapidly growing Finance Team. The opportunity is perfect for someone with a few years experience in a similar role. The role will include: The role will include:
• Oversee 2 direct reports into the finance department
• Assist in preparation of cash flow forecast on a monthly basis.
• Assist in preparation of hotel Forecast on a weekly basis
• Oversee preparation of accurate and timely monthly financial statements.
• Complete month end reconciliations and journals (inc. accruals, prepayments, income, payroll)
• Prepare and process VAT return
• Manage and oversee monthly payroll for the hotel. Ensure that the monthly payroll process is accurate and payments to the Staff & HMRC are made on time.
• Develop and maintain internal controls in all departments.
• Operate in compliance with all local, state and federal laws and government regulations.
• Ensure property is in compliance with Management Contract.
• Assist in development of Risk Management program. Maintain insurance (general liability, property and Worker's Compensation) programs.
• Coordinate all financial audits by outside concerns. They are looking for:
