For more information, visit .We're looking for a high performing Financial Policy & Reporting Manager to join our Financial Control team. Reporting to the UK Risk and Reporting Senior Manager, the post holder will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Finance Policies as issued by PEP Corporate and ESSA Sector, across the UK, Ireland and the beverage franchise (FOBO) Business Units. This includes designing and implementing a Policy Training Plan to ensure all stakeholders across the business have a good understanding of key relevant policies to perform their duties.Key

responsibilities:
Custodian of the Finance Policies, Schedule of Authorities and other relevant Guidelines issued by PEP Corporate and ESSA Sector for the UK, Ireland and beverage franchise BU's. This is a high profile role, with significant interaction across all levels and all functions of the organization including Senior Management.Cascading to all key stakeholders any changes/updates to Finance Policies communicated by PEP Corporate and ESSA Sector teams.Developing Implementation Guides and Training Material, to ensure PEP Policies, Schedule of Authorities and other related ESSA Sector Addendums relevant to the UK, Ireland and FOBO BU's, are properly understood by the stakeholders impacted by these policies and guidelines.Assist Senior Stakeholders in identifying policy training gaps and designing and implementing a fit for purpose Annual Policy Training Plan, to ensure key stakeholders developed the proficiency levels required to perform their duties, in line with PEP Corporate Policies.Provide face to face training in line with the Annual Policy Training Plan and on an ad-hoc basis when required.Provide support to Functional Senior Managers across the business, during the annual roll out of the risk assessment for compliance with GCS (PepsiCo control framework), with the purpose of ensuring all key aspects of PEP Finance policies have been considered in assessing both financial and operational risks.Subject matter expert and be the UK, Ireland and FOBO local focal point for policy queries and guidance.Identify, assess and when required liaise with ESSA Sector to request Corporate approval for 'Policy Exceptions' on behalf of the UK, Ireland and FOBO BU's Controllers. Keep an up to date list of approved Policy Exceptions, including due dates for renewals. This is a very critical process, to ensure policy compliance across the business units.Shared responsibility with other members of the team, for the review and approval of large contracts with key suppliers for all the Walkers entities, ensuring compliance with company policies and the proportional ownership of business spenders.Acting as Control Owner for the Contracts Control, responsible for ensuring the operating effectiveness of the control and flagging issues as needed. This is a key control within the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle, which impacts a large number of stakeholders across the business.Manage the relationship with PepsiCo insurance brokers and main insurers.
