Our client, a well established successful business operating in the manufacturing/retail sector are searching for an experienced Commercial Finance Business Partner to join their team on an immediate basis. The role has been created as the result of an ongoing Finance restructure and will be offered ideally on a temporary basis however longer term the role is highly likely to become permanent. Working very closely with the sales and marketing teams the role will heavily support their decision making; working with them to ensure their understanding of financial issues and impact on the wider business. You will have proven experience of working with non finance stakeholders and building routine and bespoke reports to demonstrate trends and project future performance to empower budget holders to enable them to help drive the business forwards. A practical finance qualification is preferred, however not essential; what is a key requirement however is the ability to communicate at all levels, excellent data manipulation skills (using excel/ERP systems) and a highly commercial mindset coupled with a desire to add value and make a difference.
