Executive Assistant We are currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant who is available for an immediate start. The salary will be £35,000 p/a The role is with one of our financial services clients based in the City of London a vibrant location right near St Pauls Cathedral. This is the perfect role for someone wanting to get involved with a globally recognised investment firm dealing with large billing clients. Who will you be working for? Supporting several trustee directors in the pensions department Processing invoices Managing payments Extensive diary management Building strong relationships Helping compile reports About you Previous experience within a professional services background A team player with the ability to build solid relationships Possesses excellent communication and organisation skills Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be well presented What's in it for you?
