The team's remit encompasses all forms of business collaboration; from licensing and distribution agreements, franchises and minority stakes through to equity joint ventures - all of which results in a diverse range of engagements. The main purpose of this role is to analyze and understand business, capital markets, industry and market research, as well as financial and business information in support of the preparation of JV proposals and client solutions. Skills & experience: Currently in a transactional capacity, potentially Transactions Services Ideally, some direct experience (professional and/or personal) of collaborative working / JVs / strategic alliances / consortia Relevant professional qualification, e.g. (for the UK) ACA, CIMA etc., or demonstrable financial understanding from prior roles Financial analysis and modelling competency Excellent knowledge of and competency in Microsoft Office software, especially PowerPoint and Excel, including building draft "client-ready" proposals and reports Fluency in at least one language other than English is not a requirement but would be beneficial
