We are looking for a fluent German speaking credit controller to join an international manufacturing company in a supervisor role . The role is based at our clients European headquarter in Worcester. As a part of a small office of a dozen people in a multilingual team you will be working alongside French, Spanish, Italian and Dutch-speaking colleagues. There are a couple of hundred people on site mostly in the factory, manufacturing, engineering and design teams. The company offers long term prospects for growth for the right person. The role Efficient risk management and collection of German Accounts Receivable Liaising internally, and identifying and resolving problems relating to late payment from customers Set and monitor credit limits Collection by telephone Chasing overdue customer balances Reconcile daily banking and bank statements The candidate You speak German to a very high, near-native level Fluent English Credit control experience in a European manufacturing environment Supervisory experience within a credit control function Experience of working with German businesses would be ideal Excellent numeracy and accuracy skills Proficiency in MS Office The company is in modern offices in a business park to the north of Worcester, with easy access to the M5, Birmingham, Cheltenham, Stow on the Wold, Leamington Spa, Stratford, Stourbridge, the West Midlands and Midlands.
