Our client, a UK company with over 4,000 properties within the hospitality industry are currently looking to recruit a Junior Credit Controller on a temporary basis, to join their fun, hardworking team in their relaxed and modern office based in Solihull. The Junior Credit Controller will assist Credit Controllers with all administration tasks which will include the adjustment of weekly rent amounts, allocation of cash and lots more. As the Junior Credit Controller, you will be responsible for: Securing repayment of returned direct debits Regularly reviewing accounts on refer, credit limits and allocate cash Promoting the use of the direct debit method of payment and processing of other payment methods. E.g. debit cards Ensuring the system records (system is Navision) are accurate and up to date Reviewing of direct debit previews to compile accurate direct debit collection amounts and amending when necessary Call handling to reduce the volume of both incoming and outgoing calls Assisting the Credit Controller in production of key reports The successful candidate for the role of Junior Credit Controller will have: Excellent communication skills, including a clear and concise telephone manner Strong organisational and time-management skills Basic Excel, Word, PowerPoint and CRM skills Previous experience within a credit control department/environment Previous use of Navision system is advantageous In return the Junior Credit Controller will receive a basic salary of £9 - £10p/h depending on experience.
