We are seeking to recruit a Credit Controller for our Welham Green Site. The Credit Controller will manage a portfolio of customers ensuring regular payment cycles from them within the company's trading terms via telephone and hardcopy correspondence. A llocate cash to customer accounts and provide accurate and timely statements and m aintain audit trail on customer accounts to track status of account and status of cash collection. Main Duties to include Ensure prompt allocation of cash to customer accounts to give best view on the account. Validate all internal paperwork on new accounts/changes prior to updating system. Provide monthly summary of accounts to the Credit Control Manager Ensure all required POD/paperwork sent to customer promptly. Ensure all customer files are up to date and in order. Transfer existing customer base on to web link Daily banking of cheque/cash receipts and correct recording of information on control sheets. Daily cash allocation Skills and Experience Experience of working in a high-volume environment Professional, tenacious and highly motivated Assertive telephone manner Excellent written and verbal communication skills MS Office, (MS Excel, MS Word) at intermediate level Sound administration experience Ability to work as part of a team with minimum supervision.
