An expanding firm of Chartered Accountants in central Guildford are looking to recruit for a new role as a Bookkeeper and Payroller . You will be working with a portfolio of clients and the role will include: production of monthly management accounts overall bookkeeping duties including quarterly VAT Returns maintenance of monthly ledgers The role will involve going out to meet clients at month and quarter end and also on an ad hoc basis as and when the client requires it. You will be responsible for a number of client payrolls specifically working with clients in the owner managed business ( SME ) market the app. The ideal candidate will have experience of working with a number of different clients, enjoy client interaction have accounts experience up to extended trial balance using a cloud accounting package such as Xero plus and some up-to-date payroll skills.
