SF Recruitment currently recruiting for a highly skilled Transactional Finance Manager for a large organisation based in South Derbyshire. With overall responsibility for a team of 8 Purchase Ledger Clerks and Credit Controllers. As the Transactional Finance Manager, you will be managing all of the day to day operations of a large transaction team across Credit Control and Purchase Ledger and will be responsible for recruitment of new team members, integration of procedures, process improvements and best practice as well as workflow management. Key Responsibilities; - Management of the sales ledger/credit control and purchase ledger functions - Managing Cash Allocation and Treasury functions - Responsible for continuous process improvement, including the implementation of and introduction of Best Practices - Determining and delivering KPI's - Responsible for the recruitment, mentoring and developing of the team You will have relevant operational experience in managing and delivering results and team management experience, with particular strengths in all areas of Credit Control and managing large key customer accounts. You will have demonstrable experience of process improvement and control implementation, as well as the ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines whilst delivering to a high standard. You will have excellent communication and rapport building skills with the ability to influence and liaise with finance and non-finance stake holders.
