Corporate Finance Director role leading to a Partner opportunity within a leading North West Chartered Accountancy & Advisory Practice. THE COMPANY This leading independent firm is a full solution Accountancy & Advisory Practice with a strong presence in the North West region. The firm is renowned as Advisors to SME, Entrepreneur-led and Family-Owned businesses ranging in size up to c.£150m t/o. The Corporate Finance Department handles a wide range of projects including Fund Raising to support MBO / BIMBO transactions and M&A deals involving Private Equity and Trade buyers. THE OPPORTUNITY An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Finance professional which will offer the chance to lead the firms Corporate Finance offering and progress to Corporate Finance Partner within the next few years. As Corporate Finance Director your responsibilities will include: Leading and developing a team involved in Lead Advisory work on a wide variety of small and mid-market transactions, ensuring deals proceed in line with all parties expectations Coordinating research work on acquisition targets and buyers, preparation of Information Memorandum, Financial Forecasts, Financial Models and Analysis reports Leading pitches for new work Business Development work within the Advisory, Funding and Investment communities Management of ongoing deal processes and work in progress You will be rewarded with a competitive salary package, potential for significant bonus earnings and career progression to Partner.
