Marc Daniels are looking for a Tax Accountant to join a company based in Uxbridge. This role offers the opportunity to work within a challenging fast moving environment. The individual expected to take on a high level of responsibility and will develop astute tax knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities:
Responsibility for the review, sign off and submission of VAT and EC Sales lists for the UK and EU. Providing advice on the VAT. Quarterly SOX control reviews and supporting the accounting team with any external and internal audit requirements Preparation of tax returns. Prepare company's transfer price-based tax model. Assisting with quarterly and annual tax forecasting and reporting, statutory compliance and disclosures. Develop controls and process documentation. Improve and streamline processes.
