Pricing Manager ALS Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Pricing Manager to join a growing insurance organisation. As the Pricing Manager, your main objective will be to understand the performance of the delegated authority schemes & strategic initiatives. You'll provide reliable & expert advice to the business for best practice in relation to the management of delegated schemes & strategic initiatives to maximise profits for all parties and guide the business on pricing actions to achieve performance targets. To be successful in your application you must have strong numerical skills and have experience across a wide range of insurance products. This role will be home-based with travel to London & Cambridgeshire once or twice a week. Experience: Competent knowledge across a wide range of insurance products Experience within a similar Pricing role Experience of analysing company performance and making recommendations in terms of pricing Strong numerical skills and experience of calculating loss ratios, triangulations and product analysis. Confident in presenting findings to internal or external departments Previous experience of overseeing a small team
