This newly created role will allow you to spearhead the Private Client division who handle the insurance needs of the HNW portfolio. With your background in private client work, you'll already know the nuances of the sector and the benefit of having strong connections whether that be for referrals or market intel. With a remit across team management and divisional growth, you'll build on the existing book of business and bring new ideas to the firm in how to position the division well for the future. Reporting directly into the board, you will have a unique opportunity to be creative and see your own ideas being put into practice. Insurance is rapidly changing and to survive and thrive, technology must be embraced. These guys are investing heavily in that area. You will be a proven leader with experience of working with private clients from an insurance, financial services, banking or auctioneer background. The role will be based in Edinburgh with some travel across the branch network required.
