Management Accountant - 18 month contract £25,000 Orpington, Head Office Retail and Asset Solutions are currently looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our finance team on an 18month contract based in the head office in Orpington, Kent. The finance team is responsible for effectively managing all aspects of a financial process from billing to preparing of financial accounts. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare the Management Accounts by reconciling, maintaining and investigating issues. Job Specifics - Management Accountant Complete a weekly review, reconciliation and ensure quality control of transactional accounting logs Complete a month end review Maintain and prepare the weekly and month end reports, to be distributed to the wider finance team and company's operators Conducting data quality and other audit-based activities as required Manage a team member who is responsible for billing and support them in the monthly sales ledger 18 month contract Monday - Friday - 9am - 5:30pm - Orpington, Kent Person Specification: You must have Accurate data input and able to work to tight deadlines Attention to detail and understanding of the different billing rules per customer Excellent Microsoft Excel skills Ability to work with and communicate with senior management We look forward to receiving your application
