We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced strategic leader, with responsibility to not only manage our finances to ensure sustainability and growth, but as Chief Finance Officer, to have a far ranging and wide reaching influence across the whole of the college group. The appointee can expect an ever-expanding role, both internally and externally, striking a balance between ensuring the organisation is financially sustainable, whilst at the same time, well-resourced to ensure it can deliver to the highest standards. The role will be instrumental and pivotal to cross-college strategy and decision making. In the financial domain, the Chief Finance Officer will create a culture of financial awareness which develops a whole college approach to sustainability and growth. The incumbent will need to develop and foster important relationships with the Principal, Corporation, other senior and middle leaders, auditors, funders and the bank and, even more importantly, with all staff across the organisation. A strong, diverse commercial background is essential with a proven track record of financial leadership in a senior capacity.
