You will bring together a team from across all of those that touch the end to end experience. Together, we will design not only the Day 1 proposition, but also the continuous improvement steps to keep the proposition at the cutting edge.Collaboration will be crucial. You will convene multiple groups with deep expertise to shape our proposition, including:Articulating market demand, pain points and needs with underwriters, sales professionals and othersCollaborating with the Head of Standard Propositions NA to:create a single standard mid-corporate open market model that extends to EMEAcreate cutting edge portfolio underwriting and management tools with our underwritersDesigning the EMEA specific processes and technology of the future with Innovation, IT and Operations colleaguesDeveloping proposition relevant simple and understandable insurance products, tools and advanced models with product and actuarial / data science colleaguesCreating a true 360 degree view by involving colleagues from Claims, Finance and other areasAs the Proposition Owner, you will trade-off the different components of a proposition, and prioritise development and investment to achieve the best results. It will be your responsibility to monitor propositions over time, and lead the team to take whatever action is needed.You will be responsible for the end-to-end P&L; and your ideas and judgment will shape our ability to deliver for our clients and other stakeholders. You will build a small team of analysts to support you; and bring together a broad team which you lead to shared successes.About YouYou are someone who can conceive of pragmatic ways to take our vision to reality in the EMEA markets. You can motivate and recruit others to our shared vision, and lead groups in translating our strategy to a practical implementation. This includes forecasting, descriptive and predictive analytics.Primary insurance market experience is crucial, as you will bring your personal knowledge to bear. You will have an open-minded, intellectually curious approach to everything you do; and you are likely someone who is continually learning from a variety of sources.Business fluency in English is needed.
