Temporary payroll coordinator required for short term project. £12ph to £15ph depending on experience. Responsible for all employee monthly Payroll Operations, to be paid in an accurate and timely manner ensuring that all working practices and activities meet all our legal obligations as an employer and to ensure the provision of first-class advice and support to all levels of staff. To liaise with the outsourced payroll vendor to ensure the smooth and timely operations of the Company payrolls. Area of Responsibility Be able to work as a Stand Alone Payroll in a fast-paced environment, a large payroll Responsible and accountable for the daily payroll administration. Processing year end returns P35, P14, P60 and the production of P11Ds. Calculation monthly SMP, SSP, SPP and other payments. Entering and tracking employee allowances, car allowance and company cars Responsibility of ensuring the correct and timely distribution of pay slips. Assisting with expenses processing and ensuring company policy is adhered to. Checking and posting all employee's monthly expenses are paid as per the approved claim on SAP Documentation processing of Inland Revenue and other Government agencies. Processing quarterly commission/bonus payments. Ensure all monthly payments are made. Knowledge / Experience Proven skills in processing start to finish monthly payroll activities Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Outlook, Word and Excel Strong Communication skills both written and verbal Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative For further details please contact Brellis Recruitment
