In this position you'll work side by side with the co-founders of our business on a daily basis, assisting them with all aspects of their roles. The exposure to our high level decision making process make this role ideal for anyone considering starting their own business, or preparing for leadership roles. About you We're looking for someone who combines an excellent academic track record with first class interpersonal skills and an ability to build productive relationships with multiple levels of stakeholders. We're looking for self motivated individuals who prefer to take ownership of an outcome rather than receiving detailed step by step instructions. The most important quality we hire for is attitude. About the role The role has been designed to free up time for the co-founders of our business by carving out part of their current responsibilities. As a result job involves a mixture of long term projects and ad hoc support: Helping to develop and run our marketing strategy, including taking ownership of website content and social media Helping to organise a series of business meetups for our audiences Assisting with our on-going recruitment process Helping to identify and create new sales opportunities About us Quantico is a rapidly growing startup, redefining how businesses interact with their finance functions.
