This is an excellent opportunity for a senior credit controller to manage the end to end accounts receivable process (for a ledger of both blue chip and SME customers)The successful candidate will have full control over the receivables processes as well as a junior team member. The role will be supported by the Financial Controller as required. Job Description: Build and manage key client relationships with both blue chip and SME customers Proactive chasing of outstanding ledger balances Meet key cash collection targets as agreed with Financial Controller Contribute to weekly cash forecasting with accurate and timely sales ledger information Cash receipts posting Regular ledger accounts reconciliation - ensuring any discrepancies are recognised, escalated and resolved accordingly Oversee junior credit controllers to ensure tasks are delegated and work flow is managed Complete the sales import process and monthly reconciliation Co-Ordinate the escalation process with internal and external stakeholders Close the ledgers at month end - providing timely and accurate month end information Build and maintain strong internal relationships across wider business - commercial, business development and billing Requirements: Previous credit control experience - working on a B2B ledger made up of both key and regional accounts Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong Excel and computerised system skills Leadership capabilities Motivated approach CICM qualifications are highly advantageous, although not essential If you match the profile above and are seeking a new opportunity such as this I am very keen to speak with you.
