We have an exciting opportunity for a Management Accountant, reporting to the Financial Controller at our Linton site, assisting in the preparation and collation of financial and management accounts information enabling the site team to monitor current performance and plan for future activities. The successful candidate will work closely with the site team to produce and analyse weekly and monthly management information and communicate with all key stakeholders to compile weekly flash and profit figures for the site, including variance analysis and commentary. You will continually review, develop and improve existing standard costs for products, ensuring that the excel models and databases remain up to date as well as develop a full understanding of the standard costing system and produce a weekly site cost recovery analysis. People Are Our Difference Our ideal candidate will hold a recognised financial qualification or be recently qualified in CIMA or ACCA and previous experience within an accounts environment is essential. You will have excellent IT skills, ideally including a good working knowledge of SAP. You will be a good team player with a logical and methodical approach. With excellent attention to detail the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an ability to work well under pressure and be able to adhere to strict deadlines.
