Description As the Group Finance Manager you'll be a key part of the commercial analysis: heavily talking to the operational leads to drive profitability. Role The key purpose of the role is to drive EBITDA growth and optimum stock and cash efficiency through excellent financial leadership, analysis and decision support to the Procurement & Supply Chain Teams and across the wider business. The role entails day to day detailed accountability for performance, forecasting and decision making as well as strategic projects. You are able to home work for two days a week. Profile Preferably CIMA or ACCA with manufacturing experience an advantage, minimum 2 years post qualification experience Evidence of strong reporting and financial control within a complex fast moving environment Company A dynamic manufacturing organisation in Cardiff Salary & Benefits £45,000 to £50,000 plus benefits The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.
