DHL Inside Track are looking for a talented Finance Assistant to join our team in Milton Keynes. As a Finance Assistant you will contribute to the running of an efficient finance function to help achieve ideal outcomes for the business and the customer. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure timely and accurate invoicing for the customer contract as well as providing general financial and administration support to the business. Other responsibilities include: Prepare robust and accurate financial reports, models, budgets & forecasts. Ensure that changes to process are communicated and implemented to internal and external customers. Finding areas of inefficiency and championing process improvements. Ideally you will have a background in finance, and it would be a bonus if you are educated to degree level (or similar) in a financial discipline. Good communication and experience managing internal/external stakeholders and customers is essential as well as the ability to work to tight deadlines. All we need from you is: Advance knowledge of MS Excel including Macros & Pivot Tables. Excellent attention to detail. Experience with Oracle software would be desirable. A background in the automotive industry would be advantageous but not essential.
