Reporting to the Director of ENOVIA FP&A, this role will provide business partner support to ENOVIA Executive team including direct support to ENOVIA CFO and CEO. In addition, the candidate will maintain revenue database that requires product mapping of the ENOVIA portfolio. This individual will be responsible for the timely and competent creation and analysis of revenue/product reports on a monthly and quarterly basis. Your Challenges Ahead Create the necessary report for the Investors call, board meeting and GEM. Ensure effective performance tracking, analysis, reporting & action proposals for the organization he/she supports Contribute to help guide and make recommendations on business decisions and transactions Facilitate decisions related to allocation of financial resources Contribute to budget and forecasting processes and help business for his/her scope of activities to provide timely & accurate data In charge of financial data quality within his/her scope of activities Collaborate with assigned business and finance partners to drive ENOVIA product analysis Maintain revenue database Create deal analysis to support sales team Work closely with ENOVIA R&D to define and validate each product release Review daily product/package mapping report and validate brands split Forecast the reoccurring revenue using company booking and company revenue data Provide support for royalty calculation Support sales with customers, licenses and product analysis Consolidate finance deck for MD&A, Board, Investors call Your Key Success Factors Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration required 4 years in a finance related position within a large, publicly held company Ability to identify root cause of issues, identify problems and drive solutions effectively Familiar with Access and relational database concepts, and client-server concepts Strong Excel skills required. Advanced skills in pivot tables, macros, forms, & Excel VBA preferred. Willingness to develop into a valued finance business partner to Executive level Ability to operate successfully at the detailed level and summarize analysis results to management Experience and competence in using integrated ERP software (PeopleSoft preferred) and TM1 web Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to adapt to a fast-paced and complex environment with multiple priorities and high volume workload Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively to meet needs of multiple business and finance partners Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills Prior experience in high tech industry is helpful Willingness to work additional hours at peak periods of activity Customer Focus Effective Communication Effective Negotiation Effective presentation Financial Fundamentals Financial planning and analysis Magnitude MS Excel Peer cooperation
