Assist with developing implementing and communicating a sound risk management framework and program within Global Delivery Develop an understanding of Global Delivery s strategy critical success factors risk profile and potential exposures Drive and execute Business Controls Governance initiative and programs Act as a liaison with other internal control groups on risk related issues and programs Work with ERM Compliance Business Controls teams to ensure appropriate Risk Training and communications programs in place Track status of outstanding Compliance Audit and Control initiatives to ensure adequate and timely resolution by the Business Controls and or the business unit Serve as liaison with other Risk disciplines internal departments Regulators and other external parties Serve as a subject matter expert providing ongoing direction and consultative advice to the business units with respect to assigned risk management policies guidelines and best practices Ability to think strategically and assist with the design and implementation of a risk framework and governance programs and structure within Global DeliveryAbility to design and implement operational practices in support of corporate policiesProject management skills and process thinking strongly desired79 years of experience preferably within financial services accounting audit or risk knowledge of Global Delivery and or other State Street business units a plus Exceptional communication skills both written and oral ability to interact effectively across all levels of management within Global Delivery and throughout the organization Must be data driven with an analytical and inquisitive mindsetAbility to assess and determine acceptable levels of risk within a service or process Ability to make assessments and recommendations on effective risk mitigation Selfmotivated individual who enjoys undertaking challenges can assimilate information quickly and outline action plans and recommendations in a complex and changing environment
