Role Purpose To work as a part of VF ESRA team being in charge of monitoring int egrity of execution of Platform Integrity workflow, E2E Usage Control and Roami ng traffic control, making basic analysis ofeach execution output, reporting a ctivities related to status of performance tools and controls, incidence manage ment, and supporting maintenance activities and evolution of tools. Essence of Role Key Accountabilities 1. PLATFORM INTEGRITY WEDO RAID IP Tool Performance and Control assurance da ily (semaphore) and weekly tracking, follow up and incidence management with IT in order to ensure that the outputof the tool is valid for exploitation o Customer data is uploaded correctly and completely. o Control Points alarms a re calculated consistently. o   ; Reports are complete, consistent and accurate. &nbs p; Elaborate summary report for Control point analysis basic support in the analysis and prioritisation based on the number of alarms (RAID IP Scorecard). &nb sp; Maintenance and evolution of RAID Support onincidence management with AO for any incidence r elated to the tool performance. 2. E2E USAGE CONTROL WEDO RAID UC Loading & Processing of information (dail y) -   ; Assure completeness & integrity of information from original data sources. - Monitor & give support to BAU operational loading processes (IT layer), in two main steps 1. Raw data arrives correctly & completely to RAID U C, on time. &s ect; All source systems/platforms send their information. RAID UC re ceives and/or collects allinformation that must be gathered. 2. Raw data that has arrived to RAID UC is c ompletely & correctly loaded in RAID UC, on time. All information arrived to RAID UC is loaded in all entities raw information in aggregated tables. RAID UC loads, filters, updates & transforms raw information into the set o f business controls for RA user to operate (rates &alarms), according to b usiness & technical rules configured & updatedin RAID UC. - In case there were information not sent from source systems/platforms, or information not loaded in RAID UC, sending/ loading processes must be relaunched in a timely manner, to assure that reporti ng incidences do not occur, or to update delayed traffic pending to be recovered/reprocessed. Basic & Recurrent reporting (weekly & Fortnight) - Extract manual rate values for all Rates &Traffic (service type) from GUI Portal, loading and updating Individual Ra tes Evolution File. &n bsp; &nb sp; &nbs p;   ; & nbsp; i. To be performed/updated , & file reported every week. - Monitor & assure that Rat es Automated Report has been generated every two weeks. - & nbsp; Rates Automated Report treatment & process ing   ; & nbsp; &n bsp; &nb sp; &nbs p; i. &nbs p; Extract data. &n bsp; &nb sp; &nbs p;   ; & nbsp; ii. Loading in basic template (filtering/modifyingcriteria) &nbs p;   ; & nbsp; &n bsp; iii. Agregate all rates into global rates pe r revenue stream. -   ; Check (for every individual rate according to service type)th at values are consistent between Rates Automated Report and Individual RatesEv olution File - &nbs p; Identify & report incorrect patterns, related with the previous operational tasks, and oriented to present report/comments to RA user, in orde r to ease / guide subsequent RA business analysis & nbsp; &n bsp; &nb sp; &nbs p;   ; i. Errors in Rates Automated Report &nbs p;   ; & nbsp; &n bsp; ii. &n bsp; Days with low rates & nbsp; &n bsp; &nb sp; &nbs p; iii. &nb sp; Loading err ors & nbsp; &n bsp; &nb sp; iv. &nbs p; Low volume of info rmation &n bsp; &nb sp; &nbs p;   ; v. & nbsp; Dev iations & tendencies of rates related to previous weeks. Identify and manage incidents data inp ut (missing information into DwH) &nb sp; Trend analysis of traffic (3 different sources Roaming in, Roaming out ESPAT and ES PVV) Elaborate Trendanalysis Scorecar d for incidence analysis Identify and r eport to Local Market incidents of missing traffic FCH Billing Reconciliation (Rin,Rout) First level Check of invoices received vs Clearing house information. &nb sp; Analyse differencesbetween invoices recei ved from Financial Clearing House and traffic files shared with Syniverse. Find explanation f or those differences (price, old data, Rap file, volume). Identify and report to Local Market incidents in case of any mismatch. IC
