As part of the Business Intelligence team, analysts will design, build, automate and maintain business reporting activities. They will work closely with the business team, marketing team, finance team and program managers across the payment business's to streamline business, marketing and financial reporting. An ideal analyst is one who enjoys discovering and solving complicated problems, can quickly learn complex systems, likes to work with numbers, and takes pride in organizing and communicating his work. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS a) 2 years of relevant work experience in financial/retail/ecommerce space b) Experience in designing, building and automating standard reports and dashboards. c) High level of aptitude with SQL, Excel (pivot tables) required d) Experience with Tableau or similar tools d) Superior verbal and written communications skills with extreme attention-to-detail. e) Effective problem solving/analysis skills f) Strong time-management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
