The Role Responsibilities Submit all financial regulatory returns, including Taiwan and Hong Kong, and other requests from regulators accurately and timely in compliance with the latest updated regulations. Work closely with teams overseas in implementation of Project Rubik LRR including UAT, UVT, and parallel runs. Liaise with CPA firms including KPMG and EY and take charge of semi-annual financial report and annual financial report audit and transition processes and make sure those reports to be published /disclosed accurately and timely. Monitor compliance ratios with accuracy. Continuously support regulatory reporting related projects including RR automation, Internal/ External audits, Internal/External queries etc. Support UORM, UCO, CA, CFO, and Compliance Officer. Comply with the FCP and be responsible for effective KRI, KCSA, Local General Self-inspection, Compliance self-assessment exercises or other trackers requested for internal control purpose. Support the ad hoc requests related to RR, if any. Explore the possibilities of enhancing the existing teams potential capability/ professional skills and performance.
