Learn more at www.currentglobal.com POSITION PROFILE Current Global is seeking a Junior Financial Analyst/Accounts Payable partner to provide full-service, high-level accounts payable support to the agency. Managing the Accounts Payable process, assisting with account and finance teams in management of client budgets, processing purchase orders, keeping accurate record of vendor contracts and analyzing time data for inaccuracies as well as performing time transfers is critical in this role. The Junior Financial Analyst must possess a high level of flexibility, technical capacity and time management skills. Additionally, it is imperative that this person demonstrate a proactive approach and personal effectiveness, the ability to collaborate and to keep composure under pressure. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Process purchase orders, ensuring accurate job and billing codes Ensure accurate and timely completion of W-9 and Diversity forms from vendors Keep accurate record of vendor contracts Verify and resolve any variances between invoice and PO Liaise with Omaha payment center regarding vendor payments/invoice processing Monitor and maintain open PO items Follow-up with vendors/staff if there are outstanding invoices Resolve issues with the parked invoices Close POs once the final invoice has been received and processed Assist account and finance teams with project and client budget tracking Manage IOA process for timeliness and accuracy between offices Maintain an organized repository of client contracts Assist in management of accounts receivables Train and support account staff on time, expense, and PO entry Analyze time data for in accuracy as well as performing time transfers as needed Prepare and run any ad-hoc reports as necessary Qualifications MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 1 years of previous Accounts Payable experience, in a professional services setting Associates Degree ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Able to manage competing priorities while being deadline conscious Strong MS Office, specifically in the preparation of spreadsheets in Excel Able to work independently, as well as under general direction/supervision Strong written and verbal communication Consistently shows initiative and takes ownership of projects Shows good judgement when working with team members, clients and vendors Maintains positive and professional demeanor at all times to all employees Current Global is proud to be an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
