Ad Sales Sales Strategy Full time At Hotstar, we are revolutionizing the way Indians consume Internet TV and our aspiration is to build the worlds first personalized entertainment service encompassing high quality content which is served to millions of customers across millions of devices, all of which are constantly evolving and changing. In this role you will be responsible for driving the Ad sales agenda for the sports strategy team of Hotstar. An analytically oriented individual; should be able to translate data into compelling insights, build effective client solutions and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders at Hotstar. Key Responsibilities Advising the sales team and clients about the most effective digital media solution on the platform Presenting media proposals, including timing, cost breakdowns and client impact, helping clients to reach a final decision about their future advertising strategy Work with the ops team to manage the day to day media executions to ensure adherence to timelines, media plan changes, campaign execution etc. Using methodical performance analysis to influence/support campaign strategies Monitor delivery and flag key issues with the client and drive open matters to resolution Create and develop tools and dashboards for campaign tracking, revenue tracking and revenue reporting Closely work with operations and analytics team to drive internal and external data requirement Support cross-functional teams on day-to-day execution and long-term expansion of the program Key Requirements 2-3 years of work experience Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Problem solving skills, project management skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills General knowledge and understanding of digital media planning and digital media tolls will be an advantage but not necessary Non-Tech
