Time management Ability to execute quickly Responsible, understanding, quality work System synchronization skills, co-ordination skills Responsibilities Submission of reports on a timely basis e.g Balance sheet, P&L statement, Cash flow statement, Cost analysis table, stock report. Follow our companies policies and procedures and supervising the executives and Sr. executives on the same. Calculation of payments & taxation related payments on a timely manner. Tallying your stock reports with the assets in the organization Improve the efficiency of the staff by implementation of trailing. Managing of Sr. Executives and Executives when it comes to supervising their work and also checking what training needs to be implemented so that they perform well. Responsible for the overall financial work of the company, including all daily accounting and the audit and uploading the financial statements at the beginning of the month. Satisfy internal and external customers. Assist in formulation of policies, process, standards and KPI. You may be given additional responsibilities apart from the above. Responsible for securing the companies data Assisting the Finance Head in formulation of the company's yearly budget.
