Responsibilities:
Looking after all aspects of Purchase Ledger Covering other duties when required including Credit Control, Sales Ledger, Payroll, etc. Working closely with the Finance Director helping to cover basic Management Accounting duties Helping to undertake internal audit duties Other ad hoc duties This really is a role where the more you want and are capable of, the more responsibility you will get... The Person This role is heavily focused on the individual, their personality and how they fit in with the business. The ideal person to join them as Finance Assistant would have the follow qualities: Qualified by experience or any relevant accounting qualification (AAT or equivalent) A true "all-rounder" - strong and dedicated background working in a similar-sized finance function, ideally having experience of a wide variety of finance procedures A true "team player" who is willing and able to get involved wherever they can Confident communicator who is able to build solid relationships but also keep calm and work well under pressure Strong computer skills, including Excel The Reward This is a really great chance to not just join a wonderful company but a true "family" also.
