An exciting opportunity has arisen for an invoice processing clerk to join a well-established business based in Watford. Working closely with the finance manager, this post encompasses the following duties: Sorting, preparing and batching high volume of invoices (at times this could be 500 per day) Scan all invoices onto the system Allocating all the relevant documentation Ad hoc duties The ideal candidate will have worked in a prior invoice processing post for a shared service centre or an extremely high volume environment.
