This role will be reporting into the Group Financial Controller. The Finance Manager will have the following

responsibilities:
Review/prepare management accounts on a monthly basis. Ensure tax filings and compliance is maintained in accordance with HMRC deadlines for Corporation tax, VAT, CIS, Non-resident landlord self-assessments etc. Review and prepare monthly internal project financial reports, liasing with the project and commercial teams as required. Control credit and chasing debt. Compliance and Taxation will be a big part of this role. Manage the UK offices operating budget. Ensure group intercompany balances are reconciled on a monthly basis. Attend finance department and company-wide meetings, assisting with financial reporting to managers and senior executives. Preparation and review of monthly VAT return Assisting with the preparation of the Annual and Half Year reporting packsThe Senior Accountant will need the following: Top 10 accountancy practice experience is a MUST. Professional Qualifications; ACA/ACCA/CIMA. Experience in debt finance, SPV, and managing projects through from a finance perspective through the development and construction cycle is advantageous Systems Experience; Sage, Oracle or MS Dynamics.
