What's not to love We are looking for a Senior Risk Analyst to provide second line oversight and assurance within our strong operational risk team. You will deliver expert advice, guidance and pragmatic, impartial oversight to key stakeholders within our award winning, ethically lead bank. Key accountabilities Contribute to the implementation of second line risk policies and procedures, ensuring that they are designed to detect non compliance and breeches across all of our products and channels. Work with other assurance functions to develop effective and efficient oversight activities across the three lines of defence model. Prepare assurance reports following the completion of fieldwork. Provide factually accurate evidence to assist with submissions to executive and board risk committees. Provide subject matter expertise advocating for our risk management framework, positively contributing to the embedding of risk-based culture, coaching, influencing and challenging all colleagues to take accountability for risk based decision making within our bank. Key requirements Experience of working within a dedicated risk role as part of a three lines of defence model or experience of information and data analysis. Ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders, presenting effectively at meetings with senior managers, providing robust feedback. Proven ability to produce clear and concise reports.
