REFERENCE: 75239 /31C Our client, a transformation focused private equity fund are looking to hire a Financial Controller to join their very impressive finance team. The firm has recently made several impressive acquisitions and are looking to continue this trend throughout the rest of the year, making it a very exciting time to join. Reporting directly into the COO, your primary responsibilities will revolve around the financial and management accounting alongside regular fund work and contact with external advisors and members of the front office team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a finance professional with private equity experience, who is looking to gain further exposure in a high performing fund.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the group financials, FCA reporting, business forecasting and VAT Ownership of profit and cashflow forecasting Preparation of quarterly finance board packs Responsible for the integrity and operation of the financial control environment Oversight of monthly management accounts and consolidation Oversight of full year end statutory accounts preparation and audit Oversight of the monthly sales invoice process and purchase ledger control Liaising with external tax advisors, administrators and auditors Preparing information for ad hoc queries from Partners YOUR PROFILE: Post qualification experience within the Private Equity industry Advanced competency with Excel, including business modelling Hands on accounts preparation experience and an understanding of the corporate accounting side of a private equity business Excellent attention to detail, able to produce work of the highest standard Strong technical skills
