- Preparation of statutory accounts and corporation tax - Monthly reporting packs and budgets - Financial modelling and cash management - Manage relationships with board's and shareholders - Preparing and presenting financial results at board meetings As a fully (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) qualified accountant you will have public practice and/or SPV finance experience, IFRS reporting background and ideally have used SAP.
