Global Organisation urgently require a fluent Polish speaking Accounts Payable Analyst to join the business on a temporary assignment. We are looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst to support all aspects of the Accounts Payable function within the Shared Service Centre Duties of the Polish speaking Accounts Payable Analyst include: Manage direct debit processes with internal and external stakeholders Liaising with bank for DD set up and cancellation Accountable for meeting direct debit and unallocated cash targets Complex supplier statement reconciliations that will include, direct debit payments and aged transactions Query resolution for both internal and external queries Meet SSC SLA's Adherence to policies and SOX controls, driving improvements through stakeholders Able to work autonomously but contribute to the team, promoting a positive working environment Manage corporate card DD clearing process Contribute to process improvement initiatives Foster inclusion culture Team player Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to validate analysis and provide solutions Providing assistance and documentation for all internal & external audits as required Support management by proactively fulfilling adhoc tasks within reason as and when requested Key Skills for the Polish speaking Accounts Payable Analyst include: Bank Reconciliations knowledge Accountability and responsibility Detailed knowledge of Oracle AP (other AP related technologies may be an advantage) Attention to detail and accurate in your work Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - a team player Ability to prioritize workload accordingly Competent data entry skills Actively contribute to ideas and best practices to provide outstanding customer services Excel (intermediate) Fluent Polish speaker
