A global Asset Management firm is looking for an AD, Investment Risk Oversight, Counterparty Risk to join their growing team. Your main responsibilities will include providing oversight on Counterparty Risk across the companies fund ranges. You will be be expected to focus on the development and implementation of an effective Fund Counterparty Risk Framework working with colleagues in the 1st and 2nd Line.
Responsibilities:
Support the head of the department with establishing and implementing an effective risk framework for the oversight of Counterparty Risk across all aspects of the Investment Process. Provide relevant management information including the escalation of material issues to senior management. Implement improvements to the Counterparty Reporting Framework. Develop and maintain a strong external professional network to keep abreast of external developments and ensure they are introduced to the organisation as and when appropriate. Skills requried: Previous experience in Asset Management Industry. Proven Counterparty Risk expertise ideally within an Asset Management firm. Good understanding of Derivatives and Securities Lending. Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with other internal functions and senior management.
