Support our Commodities Markets and Finance business, globally. Use your exceptional understanding of risk management and work side-by-side with our Commodities Markets and Finance division, to ensure operational risk is appropriately addressed and managed. Based in London, you will report directly to the Global Head of Operational Risk. Your understanding of risk management will help you work with teams in London, across EMEA, and globally in order to drive a strong risk management culture. You be responsible for the execution and monitoring of risk management practices, operational issues and control breakdowns as well as reviewing and implementing group-wide and divisional policies and procedures. As a confident risk manager with strong problem-solving skills, you will provide advice on internal controls and risk frameworks across EMEA and globally. You will be a seasoned risk professional with extensive experience ideally gained within investment banking. This will include good knowledge of Commodities markets. Using your strong communication skills, you will partner with all areas of the business including Senior Management and central Risk Management Group stakeholders. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels will be essential to your success as well as will be your ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
