A creative marketing agency is looking for a Finance Manager to cover a 1 month short term contract. This well known marketing agency are looking for a Finance Manager to join their Finance team in Paddington. As Finance Manager you will be the primary contact for agency staff and operate between the agency and the shared service finance team and overseeing their work. Reporting directly to the Finance Director you will be responsible for reviewing all reports coming out of the shared service centre. Job

responsibilities:
Analysis of P&L to minimise costs SOX - testing Management of accounts payable and accounts recieveable shared service teams Resolve payment issues that are escalated from the shared service team Monitor credit control Oversee billing and sales invoice process Ensuring that all starters are set up on the accounting system on a timely basis Ensuring all leavers have their access's removed Reviewing freelancer invoices house costs Ad-hoc tasks To apply for this position please send CVs to (url removed) or apply below
