Investigo are supporting a FMCG business based in Slough with the recruitment for a Senior Accounts Payable Clerk with SAP experience on a 12 month fixed term contract. With a start date of January 2020 due to a Project that is taking place you will need to be committed to starting then for a 1 year contract. Responsibilities are listed below; Work closely with the Outsource Provider (Genpact) to ensure delivery of service to the business, daily/weekly/monthly calls. Providing support to both market and vendors to resolve issues - manage complexities and ensure resolution between the business and service providers. Clearing exceptions 823/190 and to ensure KPI such as paid on time and right first time are improved Ensure reconciliations of supplier/service provider accounts - identify any issues and actions points such as reducing unnecessary GRNI balance/ open un-used POs Point of contact - query management, escalation and ensuring policy and procedures are followed, providing training where necessary Driving process improvements and delivering new efficiencies Skills required; ? Relevant team management experience ?
