Build relationships with both external and internal customers Working as part of a team but able to use own initiative Contacting customers to secure payments from overdue invoices Negotiating re-payment plans Ensure accounts are maintained effectively Processing and reconciliation of invoices Handling disputes and realigning accounts with company terms The successful candidate: Knowledge of Excel and other Office 365 systems Experience in a similar role Confident on the telephone Good attention to detail and strong accuracy Well organised with the ability to prioritise tasks Can work independently with own initiative
